Kathrin Gnilka is a Sales & Marketing and Business Transformation Professional, Consultant, Trainer, Writer, Life Coach, and Sustainability expert with over 25 years of experience across diverse corporate environments, privately held organizations, and start-ups. Throughout her career, she has gained extensive knowledge and expertise in project management, organization, training, coaching, and creative development.

With her passion for positively impacting the world and nurturing people through innovative thinking, mentoring, and training, Kathrin has carved a unique niche for herself in the industry. She possesses excellent communication skills, coupled with a creative mind, which has allowed her to continually reinvent herself.

As the Head of the Executive Office and Director of Business Transformation, Kathrin supports the global set-up of the Human Health Education and Research Foundation, where she coordinates the communication between the individual departments and works on strategic development, as well as PR and marketing-related activities. She is also involved in the organization of the first global Human Health Summit, a hybrid event (live & virtual) scheduled to take place in 2023.

Kathrin is responsible for leading the development of a multi-lingual and multi-functional platform that aims to create a World Integrated Sustainable Health Eco-System (WISHES). This platform aims to unite nations, industries, global leaders, and healthcare professionals, working across borders and sectors to achieve Universal Health Coverage.

Before her current assignment, Kathrin held senior roles with the Government of Ras al Khaimah, as well as with international organizations, including Hilton Worldwide and Intercontinental Hotels Group. She has lived and worked in various countries, including Germany, Egypt, and the United Arab Emirates, gaining invaluable experience that has shaped her career and influenced her thinking.
