My name is Dimitris N. Vlachopanos, I’m the CEO – Chief Executive Officer of VK Hospitality Management Ltd, it is an independent international Hospitality
Management Company which provides exclusive services in several related fields. Before joining as CEO, I was working as COO – Chief Operating Officer for Brown
Hotels Chain in Greece and was responsible for the Hotels & Resorts company’s operations. Previous, I was working in corporate level for Wyndham Hotels & Resorts
Company as Director Development Southeastern Mediterranean region and was responsible for acquisition, development of Wyndham’s all trademark brands in the
region also focusing on preparing for the opening of new hotels and promoting all Wyndham brands in the Southeastern Mediterranean.
Prior to joining Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, I was working in various Cluster and General Manager roles, positions for international hotel brands, including Sophos
Hotels SA, a Swiss Hotel Management Company which including a wide portfolio of brands, such as Marriott International, Hilton, Hyatt, and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.
I started my career in the hospitality industry in Germany, Frankfurt am Main, as well I was born and grew up in Germany and study. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Hotel
Management, and degree in Work Pedagogical and Educational Management and Certified from Cornell University in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset
Management. I’m speaking English, German and Greek.

Volunteer/ Experience:
Previous experience as Volunteer: General Delegate for Greece at AMFORHT, the
World Association for Hospitality and Tourism Education Training affiliated with UN
World Tourism Organisation (UNWTO).
In 2016, I was also Vice Chairman of the Tourism and Hospitality Industry Committee
at the American Chamber of Commerce in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
