In the meantime, they developed an IT database to handle long-term healthcare issues. BroadCare became very successful and is now (within its sphere) de facto within NHS. Mr. Fletcher had taken the view that BroadCare would be better developed in a more focused environment and he identified CHS Healthcare as being the best new owner. Mr. Fletcher then retired as Managing Director of BroadCare in 2014, became Executive Chairman of CHS Healthcare. He negotiated and organized the sale of BroadCare to CHS then following completion decided to fully retire and focus on the development of The Leaders Club.

The annual celebratory dinner was attended by over 150 guests. Unfortunately, a change in Pro-Vice-Chancellor has curtailed activities and he decided to resign his position.
