Mark Adams is an internationally renowned and respected authority in healthcare management with over 35 years of CEO experience in the UK, USA, and throughout the GCC.

Mark Adams is CEO of Community Integrated Care, one of Britain’s biggest and most successful social care charities. The charity, which turns over £140m annually, supports almost 4000 people who have learning disabilities, autism, mental health concerns, and dementia. It has a workforce of 6500 people.

Community Integrated Care is nationally recognized as being one of the most innovative providers in the market, with significant sector recognition – including being named as the 2019/20 Charity Times Charity of the Year for its impact and innovation.

He is currently also a Non-Executive Director for the National Care Forum, a leading representative body for the not-for-profit care sector which brings together 115 members, as well as the Countess of Chester NHS Foundation Trust in the North West of England.

He also sits on the Board of Directors of John Hopkins Aramco Healthcare in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Mark has an extensive background in the healthcare and commercial industries. This includes CEO and senior Board roles with leading organizations, including Denplan, AXA PPP, Virgin Healthcare, Vitality Healthcare, and Netcare UK, He has also had a decade leading large healthcare organizations in the Middle East. This includes forming Anglo Arabian Healthcare (AAH), an integrated network of 40 clinics, diagnostic centers, hospitals, pharmacies, and other specialist services that became one of the biggest operators in Dubai.

Mark has led start-up Healthcare Operations, PE-backed buy and build as well as listed companies in the UK, America and across the Gulf Council Countries. Mark has led companies ranging from Denplan and AXA PPP to Virgin Healthcare and the South African owned Netcare UK as well as startup ventures and Publicly Listed Companies.
